ISP Requirements

To use i-Mail, you may need to contact your ISP and ask them configure a mailbox ready for i-Mail to use.

i-Mail collects all company mail from a single mailbox at the ISP. The ISP needs to set up wildcard mail forwarding for your domain(s) into a single POP mail box.

You may wish to send the diagram below to your ISP which indicates how they need to configure their system.
